Galletto is a family restaurant established in 1996 with an excellent reputation for good food, mellow atmosphere and friendly service. Leucio Sagnella "Leucio Sagnella is the owner of Galletto. He gained the Chef de Cuisine - Teaching Qualification in his native Italy and earned one of the highest course marks ever achieved. He quickly went on to become Sous Chef/Head Chef in several high-profile restaurants and hotels in Italy, Germany, England and Ireland. In the early 90's Leucio returned to Italy where for the next five years he worked as General Manager for a range of Italian Hotels. This included work as Head Chef/Organiser for a major International Charity Concert, with catering responsibility for the Prime Minister, high ranking officials, media stars and international musicians. After returning to England in 1996, Leucio opened Galletto, which he would proudly like to welcome you to."
